About Us

Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC

Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC owns companies in three important and growing market sectors:

Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM)     Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA)    Passive Fire Protection (PFP)

Our companies share many synergies and focus on providing solutions to some of today’s key global issues, including food security, dependable supply chains and fire protection.

These three divisions were formed from a group of companies our founder and CEO Simon Deacon owned. With the support of his management in 2021, we took Light Science Technologies Holdings Plc public, listing on the London Stock Exchange AIM market.

Contracted Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) division

UK Circuits and Electronics Solutions Limited has over 25 years of experience providing turnkey solutions to customers’ needs from design, box build, volume manufacturing, and final assembly, producing finished products.

UK Circuits operates in the pest control, lighting, sensors, fire protection, entertainment, audio, and robotics industries, to name just a few.

Our Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) division consists of two companies

The CEA division enable us to provide turnkey solutions to support growers globally by providing technology to enhance crop health, increase yields, and extend the growing season, helping with the fight for global food security. They have over 30 years experience providing software, control systems, irrigation, sensors, and lighting to companies specialising in Vertical Farms, Glasshouses and Polytunnels/Hoop Houses.

Having two companies within this division enables us to provide turnkey Agri Tech product solutions to a global audience, working with some of the largest growers.

Passive Fire Protection (PFP) division

Injecta Fire Barrier installs the innovative Injectaclad cavity fire barrier remediation system, designed to be installed into building cavities as a recognised solution to meet the updated Fire Safety Act 2021.

As a group we have operated in the passive fire protection market for over seven years. This system reduces time, disruption to tenants, as it is installed externally without the need to remove the external facade. This results in less waste and in turn a lesser impact on the environment.
