We are delighted to share the partnership agreement between Light Science Technologies and Agrolux LED Lighting Systems in our CEA division.
This collaboration aims to distribute cutting-edge CEA lighting solutions, focusing initially on the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Agrolux’s patented LED Wega product range will complement Light Science Technologies’ nurturGROW sustainable grow light range. Additionally there is scope for the Group to package these alongside its sensorGro product range. The partnership has already generated £10 million worth of quoted projects, contributing to a positive £42 million quoted pipeline.
Agrolux will have the license to sell Light Science’s products globally through its network, facilitating the delivery of comprehensive lighting, sensor, and control solutions tailored to growers’ requirements. Agrolux, headquartered in Maassdijk, Netherlands, is under Gavita International B.V, a subsidiary of Scotts Miracle-Gro, a renowned player in lawn and garden products since 1868, listed on the S&P 400 with a current market cap of $3.9 billion.
