Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC (AIM:LST), the green tech developer, stormed 40% higher after former ITM Power boss Graham Cooley upped his stake in the firm from 3.3% to 4.8%.
Cooley spent over 13 and a half years as chief executive officer at the hydrogen electrolyser group ITM Power before stepping down in January.
Under his tenure shares soared more than 3,000% in the space of a couple of years.
