UK Circuits Expands Manufacturing Capacity Following New Partnership

Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC (AIM: LST) has announced a significant capacity increase within its UK Circuits division following the installation of a new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line at its Oldham facility.

The upgraded line delivers a 40–50% increase in component placement throughput while enhancing accuracy, feeder capacity and software functionality. The investment supports a new manufacturing partnership focused on printed circuit board assemblies for industrial fire safety control systems.

UK Circuits has already secured an initial order worth approximately £70,000 for the current financial year, with the potential for total orders to reach £200,000.
