Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC (AIM:LST) has raised a gross £1.59mln through new share issues at 1p per share.
Money in the funding came from a placing, subscription issue and WRAP (Winterflood platform) retail offer, with Intuitive Investment Group’s application in the subscription scaled back by £80,000 due to the WRAP take-up.
