Brokerage Panmure Gordon sees clear benefits in Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC (AIM:LST)’s newly announced £123,000 order for its nurturGROW lighting from the Richel Group, a company specialising in agronomic solutions.
“Despite the order being relatively small it demonstrates growing interest in the division’s technology,” said Panmure analysts.
They added: “Management have been clear regarding the slower ramp-up of CEA division revenue, however, contracts such as that announced today highlight our confidence in the technology over the longer-term.”
Deliveries will commence in January 2025, with revenues to be recognised in the second half of 2025.
